About the Role
The Supply Chain Compliance Program Manager spearheads enterprise-level compliance initiatives designed to enhance and scale compliant supply chain operations in a defense context. This role demands a proactive leader capable of identifying compliance vulnerabilities and architecting comprehensive cross-functional solutions, from initial problem identification to successful execution.
You will take complete ownership of compliance programs, conducting thorough organizational assessments, designing scalable compliance frameworks, and establishing rigorous processes that ensure audit readiness while driving adoption across Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering departments. This position is not merely about coordination; you will work with significant autonomy to navigate complex compliance challenges that involve multiple functions with competing priorities.
As a Compliance Program Manager, you will collaborate with Supply Chain leadership, Legal, Contracts, and various stakeholders to develop the necessary infrastructure, processes, systems, controls, and governance, to enable the organization to operate compliantly at scale and pass customer and government audits successfully.
This role requires exceptional judgment, methodical problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive initiatives across organizational boundaries. You should thrive in ambiguous situations, make informed decisions with limited information, and overcome resistance to ensure that programs are fully implemented and not just documented.
