Your role will involve analyzing planning challenges, collaborating on solution design, implementing and validating solutions, and ensuring seamless project execution from start to finish. You will provide ongoing support throughout the project life cycle, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with our skilled solution architects to discover clever and effective planning solutions that guarantee a flawless implementation.
- Leading the complete implementation process alongside the customer's project team to achieve successful outcomes.
- Offering your expertise during and after the implementation phase, ensuring clients maximize the value of their solutions.
- Conducting comprehensive training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding and utilization of the implemented solutions.
- Documenting the solutions with detailed technical descriptions for fellow consultants and functional notes for customers.
While you will engage with clients regularly (approximately 20% of your time), you will remain an integral part of our team of experts and consultants, ensuring strong collaboration and support.
