Position: Support Analyst I

This role involves providing exceptional technical support via phone, email, and online for clients utilizing Onit’s diverse product suite. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about resolving issues for others, possess a technical foundation (with training provided on our products and services), and can articulate complex concepts in an accessible manner.
