About the Role
We are in search of a talented Support Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to provide exceptional support to our members. You will troubleshoot technical challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure member satisfaction in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
This position is located in McLean, VA. Employees in this role will be expected to work on-site Monday through Friday. If you are not currently residing in this area, your willingness to relocate will be a condition of employment.

What You'll Do with Us
Provide insightful assistance to our members regarding the usage of the Range platform.
Serve as the first line of defense for any technical issues they encounter.
Quickly identify members' concerns and effectively offer appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge library detailing the functionalities of Range.
Track success metrics and data as instructed.
Actively participate in a collaborative team environment and share best practices.
Enhance our customer-facing AI agent to scale support efficiently.
Utilize AI tools to improve support processes and member interactions.
