Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues across all layers of the network stack.

  • Manage and support intricate customer networks, predominantly from a remote setting.

  • Identify, document, and escalate product bugs with clear reproduction steps.

  • Craft well-structured feature requests based on genuine customer needs.

  • Develop and maintain documentation that accelerates resolution times for all team members.
