What you will do

  • Respond to calls and support requests from clients, addressing their technical concerns.
  • Help end users troubleshoot issues with computers, operating systems, software applications, network connections, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Track and document support tickets in the company’s internal system.
  • Collaborate with vendors and escalate issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
  • Review and update support documentation to keep information accurate and up to date.
