Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong customer service aptitude. Ability to work independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative. Familiarity with equipment manufacturers’ specifications. Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing bending tasks as necessary. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and be on-call as needed. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software. Prior experience with third-party UPS service providers is a plus. OEM factory training or experience with brands such as Emerson/Liebert/Vertiv, APC/MGE/Schneider, or Eaton/Powerware/PDI is required.
