Key Responsibilities:Independently resolve workstation operating system issues. Address printer-related problems effectively. Troubleshoot standard business applications such as Microsoft Office. Manage issues pertaining to line-of-business applications, including SAGE ERP and QuickBooks, often with vendor support. Handle advanced server challenges. Resolve basic to intermediate networking concerns. Act as an escalation point for technicians. Additional Duties:Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours and weekend support for both onsite and remote operations. Qualifications:Must be willing to work full-time onsite, either at the company office or at client locations as necessary. Proven experience in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS environments. Familiarity with Server 2016 through 2025.Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization technologies. Support experience with M365 and Azure platforms. A minimum of five years of experience in IT support or a related field. Basic understanding of firewalls, switches, network architecture, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficient in assisting with MS Office, Adobe products, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications. Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable. Active server certifications are preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits.
