As a System Administrator III, you will play a vital role in the implementation, troubleshooting, and upkeep of our Information Technology (IT) systems. You will oversee the IT system infrastructure and manage processes related to these systems. Your responsibilities will include supporting daily operations, monitoring, and resolving issues across various client/server/storage/network devices and mobile platforms. Additionally, you will provide Tier I (Help Desk) and Tier II (Escalation) support, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving problems while effectively communicating status updates to agency management and internal stakeholders. You will be actively involved in the dispatch system and hardware problem resolution processes. Your expertise will also be crucial in configuring and managing UN1X and Windows operating systems, installing software, troubleshooting system integrity, and optimizing network components to enhance reliability and performance. The ideal candidate will possess significant skills and experience in the installation and maintenance of Cisco routers and switches to support enterprise systems.

Note: Due to federal contract requirements, U. S. Citizenship and an appropriate security clearance (e.g., Active TS/SCI clearance with agency polygraph) are mandatory.
