Working Conditions: Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Availability for standby and contactable 24/7 for support and escalation.

We are seeking skilled System Engineers who will play a crucial role in overseeing System Administration and Management activities. In this position, you will manage operating systems, system software, and hardware, ensuring a stable and secure system environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System and Hardware Management:

- Support and manage a variety of operating systems, including Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, SUSE, Ubuntu), Solaris, IBM AIX, and Oracle Linux.

- Oversee system software and hardware components such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD, clustering solutions, SAN/NAS storage, and virtualization platforms.

2. Incident and Problem Management:

- Respond to system incidents based on severity levels, ensuring service level requirements are met.

- Effectively manage high-pressure situations, identify problems, and make swift decisions to resolve issues.

- Follow incident management workflows and established procedures.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain and update system documentation, standard operating procedures (SOP), guidelines, and daily checklists.

- Provide timely and detailed reports on system performance, capacity planning, and incident analysis.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Collaborate with third-party vendors, telecommunication operators, ISPs, and other service providers.

- Engage in transition planning and support the onboarding of systems and services.

5. Compliance and Training:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, information security guidelines, and health and safety regulations. Provide ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in system administration and management.
