As a System Engineer II, you will play a crucial role in analyzing user requirements, operational concepts, and high-level system architectures to create detailed system requirements specifications. You will lead design and development initiatives, guiding users in articulating their needs while advising on alternative approaches and conducting feasibility assessments. Your technical leadership will be pivotal in integrating requirements, design, and cutting-edge technology into existing operations. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture and design documentation, and overseeing system development and implementation planning through effective engineering management and integration test plans. Regular interaction with government stakeholders will be necessary to address technical considerations and resolve any challenges that arise. You will be ultimately accountable for the technical integrity of all work and deliverables within the Systems Engineering domain. Collaboration with program personnel, government representatives, and senior executives will be a key part of your role.

Please note that, due to federal contract requirements, U. S. citizenship and an appropriate security clearance (e.g., active TS/SCI with agency-specific polygraph) are mandatory for this position.
