Professional ExperienceApproximately 3 years of experience in embedded systems or automotive device development. Experience in system engineering, requirements management, and verification activities. Familiarity with safety-critical environments (e.g., ISO 26262) is a plus.3. Technical Know-howDeep understanding of radar systems or similar sensor technologies. Knowledge in:System requirements engineering and interface definitionImpact analysis and risk managementVerification strategy and test methodologiesConfiguration, change, and defect managementExperience with hardware bring-up and system-level debugging is advantageous.

As a System Function Responsible (SFR), you will play a pivotal role in our automotive radar system, taking responsibility from concept to series production.

Your key contributions will include:

  • Overseeing the complete lifecycle of a designated radar system function, encompassing architecture definition and feature integration.
  • Planning, coordinating, and monitoring development activities across requirements engineering, implementation, and verification.
  • Evaluating change requests while analyzing their technical and business impacts.
  • Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features, components, and documentation.
  • Leading risk assessments, verification strategies, and defining tests with a strong emphasis on functional safety and quality.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams and proactively managing interdependencies among system functions.
  • Providing transparency regarding development status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
  • Supporting hardware bring-up and system validation when necessary.

Your efforts will directly enhance reliable perception systems that make automated driving safer and smarter.
