Role overview
The System Integration Engineer, Vehicle Systems, plays a central part in the vehicle development process. This role is responsible for integrating and validating software systems throughout all stages, from early prototypes to final customer delivery. Work covers the entire software stack, including both low-level drivers and user-facing applications.
Key responsibilities involve bridging the transition from early mule builds to production vehicles, supporting smooth feature integration, and ensuring overall system reliability. The engineer must understand vehicle software architecture and make real-time prioritization decisions to keep development moving forward, strengthen testing, and reduce program risks.
