What You Bring to the Team:A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in system integration, technical coordination, or lifecycle management within complex IT environments. Possession of a certificate in enterprise/solution architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) or equivalent professional experience. Robust technical expertise spanning applications, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity domains. Demonstrated experience in managing system integrations, technical dependencies, and service transitions throughout the full system lifecycle. Experience working in governance-driven, security-regulated, and compliance-focused environments. A strong foundation in enterprise systems, technical architecture, and system integration methodologies. Practical knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Familiarity with modern technologies including:Cloud platformsVirtualized environmentsLearning technologiesSelf-service laboratory solutionsA strong understanding of IT governance and control frameworks, particularly COBIT. Experience with CIS systems, especially in training, education, or mission-support contexts. Proven capability in security accreditation, compliance, and assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee system integration and maintain technical coherence within the Academy Learning Environment.
  • Manage technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges throughout system operations.
  • Assist in architecture planning, lifecycle integration, and the development of comprehensive technical roadmaps.
  • Facilitate capability onboarding and the transition of new services into operational use.
  • Ensure operational assurance, service stability, and system reliability.
  • Convert operational requirements into technical solutions while providing expert technical guidance.
  • Support security compliance, accreditation activities, and coordination with CISPIA.
