As a Systems Administrator on our Technical Operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of SoundStack's infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include deploying and maintaining servers (Windows and Linux), supporting incident management processes, and enabling efficient customer deployments.


You will work closely with the Technical Operations team to ensure the infrastructure is reliable, scalable, and efficient, supporting our 24/7 operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Deployment & Maintenance:
    • Deploy and configure new servers (Windows and Linux) to fulfill operational and customer needs.
    • Maintain and troubleshoot existing servers for optimal performance and uptime.
  • Incident Management Support:
    • Actively engage in SoundStack’s Incident Management process to ensure efficient issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with the team to innovate and enhance the incident management process.
  • Customer Deployment Workflow:
    • Assist with new customer deployments, coordinating with the Infrastructure team to meet specifications and SLAs.
    • Facilitate smooth transitions between deployment and ongoing support phases.
  • Operational Support:
    • Provide technical support for infrastructure-related issues and work with the team to address escalations.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure-related workflows and processes.
  • Automation & Process Improvement:
    • Utilize automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
