Role Overview This fixed term People Systems Consultant position sits within the Employee Experience (EEx) Programme, which is reshaping the people and payroll experience at Foodstuffs North Island. The programme aims to make these processes simpler, smarter, and more responsive to the moments that matter for employees. What You Will Do Work hands-on within the People & Capability team to enhance and support people systems. Report to the Head of People Systems and manage the daily operation and optimization of HR systems. Ensure systems run smoothly for team members across stores, distribution centers, and the support center. Balance system capabilities with the goal of delivering a seamless, effective employee experience. Location This role is based at Foodstuffs Landing Drive, Mangere, Auckland.
