A highly skilled technical resource responsible for administering, developing, and maintaining Jira, Jira Service Manager, and Confluence. You will support the entire life cycle of the ITSM platform implementation, development, integrations, and processes from strategy and design to training and delivery. Your role includes gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements to enhance system capabilities, user experience, and automate process flows.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Act as a subject matter expert for Atlassian products, specifically Jira, Jira Service Manager, and Confluence.
· Administer and develop Jira, Jira Service Manager, and Confluence.
· Manage platform enhancements and workflow design requirements.
· Configure and develop capabilities for Atlassian products, including our ITSM (Jira Service Manager) to align with IT Service Management policies, processes, and procedures.
· Collect requirements from service owners for new functionalities, reports, and automation.
· Comprehend IT and business requirements, with the ability to create, test, and deploy business rules and scripts that fulfill these requirements.
· Configure and administer the ITSM platform user interface, screen elements, workflows, mobile interfaces, plugins, and branding.
· Manage and administer lists, filters, forms, platform interfaces (to other data sources), and the data within tables, import sets, and the CMDB.
· Oversee and administer ITSM users, groups, and various roles.
· Assist the Service Catalogue Analyst in developing, building, testing, deploying, and updating items within the Service Catalogue and related items in the Self-Service Portal.
· Participate in the development, testing, deployment, and updating of workflows.
· Configure and maintain application security across all modules and interfaces.
· Identify integration requirements with external systems.
