Promptly address inquiries, incidents, and projects while adhering to customer SLAs.Oversee daily administration and maintenance of various components within a Citrix environment, including but not limited to Published Applications, Profile Management, Provisioning Services, Load Balancing, Redirect/Forwarding, VM Management, DHCP, and Group Policy.Possess a robust working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, WINS, User Rights Assignments, thin clients, desktop operating systems, firewalls, and networking.Engage in daily activities involving Incident and Service Request ticket management, as well as Change Management.
