TITLE
Systems Endpoint Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Systems Endpoint Administrator plays a crucial role within the System Administrator and Engineering team, focusing on the management of desktop environments, servers, and associated peripheral devices. Reporting directly to the Senior IT Infrastructure Manager, this position demands extensive knowledge in server and endpoint configuration and administration, along with the agility to learn new technologies swiftly. The Systems Endpoint Administrator will be a key contributor to daily operations and strategic planning for the advancement of our IT infrastructure.
INITIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage Microsoft System Center Platforms, focusing on:
- Monitoring and mitigation of server and endpoint health.
- Developing methodologies for enterprise Operating Systems imaging and deployment.
- Managing existing MECM/SCCM and Intune deployments.
- Creating and managing application deployment objects for both new and existing software.
· Implementing and managing patching processes for Microsoft and third-party software.
· Supporting Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services and Azure Active Directory deployments.
· Provisioning and maintaining remote services, including Microsoft Remote Desktop Services.
· Managing access controls, permissions, and DFSR health on file servers.
