The Role
As a Systems Engineer specializing in Command and Control (Air), you will collaborate with a cutting-edge team to develop innovative C2 capabilities for an autonomous fighter jet, guiding the project from concept to its inaugural flight. Your work will involve designing, developing, and deploying a system-of-systems that will revolutionize military command and control of autonomous aircraft.
In this position, you will work alongside a diverse and talented group of engineers, government representatives, industry partners, and suppliers. You will oversee the complete system lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and architectural design to integration, validation, and final certification. This role is ideal for an engineer passionate about bringing complex systems into successful operational use.
Daily Responsibilities
- Engage in the end-to-end systems engineering process, from concept and architecture design to final system deployment.
- Define and manage the system architecture, ensuring adherence to military standards for high-integrity, security, and mission-critical performance.
