REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAt least 2 years of experience in a government contracting role, whether civil or defense. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Proficient in interpreting and executing requirements based on customer needs. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and teams. Highly observant regarding project status, capable of quickly identifying obstacles by reviewing logs, behavior diagrams, and test cases. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with the fundamental framework for transitioning a product from ideation to production.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Our Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division has two primary missions: to create highly capable autonomous drones and to manufacture solid rocket motors at scale. We transform concepts like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius into fully operational products by collaborating with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. Through our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) group, we design and produce solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials, proprietary formulations, and high-volume production techniques—ensuring the delivery of safe and reliable propulsion systems that meet diverse mission requirements. TRS seeks enthusiastic software and hardware engineers eager to contribute across a dynamic and potent portfolio, ranging from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors. Our teams play a crucial role in developing advanced robotic systems and propulsion solutions that excel in the most challenging operational environments.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U. S. Secret security clearance.
