In the context of a strategic project for the public sector, Inetum is seeking a Systems Engineer – Virtualization, Storage, Backup (H/F) to enhance its technical teams within the service center located in Rennes or La Chapelle-sur-Erdre.

As a Systems Engineer specializing in Virtualization, Storage, and Backup (H/F), you will play a pivotal role in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of virtualized environments, storage solutions, and backup systems. Your engagement will span across daily operational activities and infrastructure evolution projects.

Your Responsibilities

Engage in management meetings: Daily OPS, crisis management, team rituals.
Perform technical operations for ongoing maintenance (MCO).
Contribute to the deployment of new environments as part of projects.
Diagnose and resolve incidents (analysis and troubleshooting).
Participate in designing new technical architectures.
Propose enhancements to boost performance and security.
Align monitoring needs with existing tools.
Ensure proper functioning of PCI/PRI across VMware, NetApp, and Veeam environments.
Incorporate security into all technical operations.
Draft, update, and oversee operational procedures.
Manage priorities in alignment with SLAs and team needs.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide regular reporting on activities.
