Qualifications
Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years in IT (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration). Experience in End-User Support/Desktop Support, particularly with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and troubleshooting desktop and mobile devices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD). Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms, Active Directory, Group Policy; familiarity with Citrix XenApp is a plus. Experience with endpoint threat management solutions such as Sophos or similar products. Basic understanding of virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V. Foundational knowledge of networking concepts: TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, Routing, Switching, and Firewalls. Prior experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. The candidate must meet physical job requirements, including the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand/sit for extended periods, push/pull, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, or crouch, and work around machinery.
