As a key contributor to our recruitment efforts, you will serve as the operational and analytical catalyst for scaling our hiring processes. Your role will involve simplifying complex data, creating globally uniform procedures, and implementing automation to enhance the efficiency, clarity, and reliability of our recruitment strategies. This role blends exploration with execution: you will merge various data sources to reveal the underlying narratives of our hiring funnel and convert those insights into scalable workflows and standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a comprehensive TA analytics framework by integrating and reconciling data across various platforms (ATS, GA4, spreadsheets, and partner tools), revealing hidden business logic, and developing reliable, decision-ready dashboards.

  • Manage funnel insights comprehensively: Set metrics and governance, ensure report accuracy, and actively analyze conversion rates, stage durations, time-to-fill/hire, hiring costs, and candidate experiences to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.

  • Be the authority on ATS and data management: Configure workflows, templates, scorecards, and approval processes; oversee permissions and audit trails; and maintain data integrity through established standards, deduplication, and process adherence.

  • Develop globally scalable recruiting operations: Document standard operating procedures and playbooks, standardize intake and interview protocols, and establish service-level agreements (SLAs) that function across different teams and markets.

  • Drive automation and systems integration as a strategic partner to the Global TA Lead, crafting an automation framework, enhancing integrations (HRIS, scheduling, assessments, background checks, e-signatures), enabling workflow automation (n8n/Zapier/Make), and managing data mapping and error resolution to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in TA Operations (or a closely related role in Business/Process Analysis) within a scaling organization, preferably across diverse markets and significant hiring volumes.

  • Proven analytical skills with tangible results: You have experience in developing dashboards and metrics, are adept at integrating various data sources, and prioritize clarity, governance, and accuracy.

  • Familiarity with automation and integration tools: Proficient with platforms such as n8n, Zapier, or Make to enhance operational workflows.
