Your Team:
You will join the Growth Team, Theodo's recruitment team, which firmly believes that Theodo's growth hinges on our ability to attract, recruit, and engage the finest tech and business talents in the market.
As a recruiter at Theodo, you are a key player in this growth. You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from talent identification to successful onboarding within teams.
Your role will involve attracting, assessing, and engaging candidates that align with business needs, company values, and our clients' expectations. You will be responsible for delivering the recruitment plan on time, ensuring high standards for recruitment quality and candidate experience.
Your Future Responsibilities:
Your primary mission is to support Theodo's growth (+15% per year) by attracting, evaluating, and engaging top talent.
