- Monitors participant engagement and progress, ensuring accountability and tracking employment retention metrics.
- Notifies relevant government agencies promptly regarding any changes in participants' employment status.
- Maintains regular communication with participants across various settings to assess job retention and advancement challenges.
- Advises participants on available training programs and job opportunities that promote career advancement.
- Responsible for ensuring participants achieve self-sufficiency by tracking their progress throughout the program lifecycle.
- Organizes and maintains precise electronic and physical records of participant histories, including logs of support services provided.
- Provides case management focused on preparing participants for employment pathways that lead to self-sufficiency.
- Facilitates access to training, educational resources, and employment services tailored to individual needs.
- Exhibits expertise in working with diverse populations encompassing various cultural, educational, and economic backgrounds.
- Conducts individual instruction professionally and in an organized manner.
- Aims to enhance job readiness scores of participants through workshops and deliver a pool of work-ready individuals to staff.
- Introduces participants to organizational resources and tools (e.g., Resume-Pro, Company Academy, General Education Diploma Academy, Money-Skill, Project Chief Executive Officer).
- Ensures all participants complete assignments on time.
- Engages in follow-up outreach to students who are not participating in classroom activities, documenting efforts in program management systems.
- Maintains up-to-date assessments and records in the participant database.
- Collaborates effectively with team members, business stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Communicates proficiently in both oral and written formats.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned.
