About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to take ownership in building the top of the hiring funnel by driving proactive sourcing, pipeline generation, and talent mapping for both go-to-market and technical positions. You will be instrumental in identifying and engaging top-tier talent, refining sourcing strategies, and ensuring a consistent influx of strong candidates. Your contributions will help shape how we identify and engage exceptional talent, enabling us to accelerate our hiring process while maintaining high standards.
What You’ll Do
Sourcing & Pipeline Generation
- Proactively source candidates across various platforms and channels.
- Build and sustain robust pipelines for go-to-market and technical roles.
- Continuously refine sourcing strategies, messaging, and channels.
- Map talent pools and identify high-quality candidates.
Candidate Engagement & Screening
- Conduct targeted outreach through multiple sourcing channels.
- Create high-quality, personalized messaging to engage passive candidates.
- Screen and shortlist both sourced candidates and direct applicants.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every interaction.
- Engage and nurture high-potential candidates to meet hiring needs.
Partnership & Execution
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Lead and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
