Role Overview
As a Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team by conducting research to identify and qualify potential partners, aiding in outreach efforts, and assisting with partner onboarding and CRM updates. This internship presents a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales operations and partner management within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Scouting:
- Conduct thorough research and validation of potential partners aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Compile and maintain lead lists utilizing internal tools and external resources.
- Ensure lead quality through verification of partner details before transferring to the sales team.
- Cold Outreach & Qualification:
- Execute cold calling and follow-up communications with potential partners.
- Assess and qualify partners based on established criteria (business type, readiness, fit).
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities for the sales team.
- Partner Support & Administration:
- Assist with the onboarding process for partners by preparing necessary documentation and setup.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, including notes and status updates.
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to partner activation and follow-ups.
- Training & Enablement Support:
- Help train new partners on platform functionalities and processes.
- Contribute to the development of training materials, guides, and FAQs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for initial partner inquiries during onboarding.
