Position Overview: The Task Manager for the SERE IDIQ program is accountable for the successful execution of contract task orders. Serving as the primary liaison between Naval Special Warfare (NSW) contracting officials and the company’s management, the Task Manager addresses all issues and discrepancies, ensuring compliance with contract terms and rectifying any non-conformities in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the execution of task orders, ensuring technical and quality control oversight while maintaining detailed knowledge of daily operations.
Conduct Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with key stakeholders, including the KO, COR, and other government personnel, to assess performance and discuss any significant events or feedback.
Maintain strong business relations by integrating and coordinating all activities necessary for contract execution, ensuring issues are identified and resolved timely.
Develop and submit action plans, proposals, and manage subcontractor performance effectively.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and uphold professional conduct among all contractor personnel.
