Required Qualifications Minimum of five (5) years of relevant project management experience with increasing levels of responsibility. At least five (5) years of leadership experience in IT and/or consulting within the public and/or private sector. Proven experience in Agile coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring. Experience at the organizational level with executive coaching on digital service delivery design. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent nationally recognized project management certification. Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach or equivalent Agile certification.

Key Responsibilities

The Task Order Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This position merges Agile expertise with project management leadership, enabling delivery teams to effectively implement Agile methodologies while overseeing large, complex task orders. The manager will establish processes to oversee a portfolio of work in an Agile manner, drive strategic organizational change for Agile adoption, and cultivate a sustainable Agile culture using a blend of Agile and Lean methodologies. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, the Task Order Project Manager will manage specific task orders, collaborating closely with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Task Order Managers, government personnel, and customer agency representatives. This role ensures timely implementation of technical solutions and schedules while providing stakeholders with accurate, up-to-date project or program status without disrupting delivery.
