Qualifications
Proven experience in a technical support environment, ideally in a leadership role. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with ITIL processes and methodologies is a plus. Fluency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
