Requirements:Minimum 4 years of demonstrated leadership experience managing teams focused on intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination. Minimum 4 years of proven expertise in data integration support encompassing data governance, architecture, warehousing, quality management, metadata management, operations management, and data discovery. Active DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance with the ability to secure a CI polygraph. Able to obtain DoDD 8140.01 certification / IT Level II within 30 calendar days of indoctrination at HQ INSCOM. Experience collaborating with bilateral or multilateral partners in intelligence information sharing or data/system interoperability. Proficient in delivering professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences. Skilled in drafting and maintaining documentation such as SOPs, along with producing reports that integrate text and graphics to convey complex concepts. Experience in foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination, and ability to interact with small groups to determine data and information requirements. Desired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution orAssociate degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline orHigh School Diploma with 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline.

You will play a pivotal role in driving data integration initiatives, including data governance, architecture, warehousing, quality assurance, metadata management, operations, and discovery.

In this influential position, you will coordinate with both bilateral and multilateral partners to facilitate intelligence information sharing and ensure system interoperability. Your ability to deliver engaging briefings and presentations to diverse audiences will be essential, as you will frequently interact with small groups to assess their data and information requirements.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and producing comprehensive reports that convey complex information through both written and visual formats. Your support of foreign disclosure and intelligence dissemination activities will also be crucial.

This role requires an active DoD TS/SCI clearance with the capability to obtain a CI polygraph and DoDD 8140.01 certification (IT Level II).
