The Role
We aim to create connected data applications that enhance research and patient outcomes through Veeva Link.
As the Team Lead for one of our Data Operations teams, you will oversee a remote team of over 50 freelancers engaged in rule-based web research. Your responsibilities include designing business processes and implementing both process and technology improvements.
You will plan and manage these business processes, facilitating their execution by eliminating obstacles for your team members. Your primary objective is to enhance process efficiency while minimizing defects. As a frontline manager and servant leader, you will deliver operational metrics related to your processes and results while ensuring team engagement.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong drive to lead, a proactive “can do” attitude, and a results-oriented mindset. You should also be analytical, organized, and possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with managers, analysts, and researchers.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in people management, a process-oriented approach, and a commendable work ethic.
