In this role, you will manage every aspect of the web experience, including site structure, user experience, messaging, design quality, and performance metrics. Your goal will be to ensure that our website effectively communicates our product offerings and converts visitors into engaged users. Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design teams, you will work to enhance key user journeys on the site, drive organic traffic through robust SEO strategies, and establish a world-class online presence that mirrors the quality and ambition of Peec AI's offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the Peec website end-to-end, shaping user experiences from initial contact to product signup.Manage all aspects of our web presence, including structure, UX, design quality, messaging, and performance.Enhance organic traffic through foundational SEO practices, and effective site structure and content architecture.Lead ongoing improvements across vital user journeys such as the homepage, product pages, pricing, blog/docs, and landing pages.Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Design teams to ensure the website reflects the quality and narrative of Peec’s products.Coordinate and manage designers and collaborators with clear direction and high standards.Ideal Candidate ProfileDemonstrated experience in managing and evolving a website for a high-growth B2B SaaS company, showcasing a strong design sensibility.Deep understanding of product and user experience principles, with a strong focus on navigation, clarity, storytelling, and user satisfaction.Hands-on experience with modern content management systems and web tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer, headless setups, or similar).Familiarity with conversion rate optimization, experimentation, analytics, and performance marketing-driven landing page workflows.Strong aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail.A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and adapt.
