Role Overview

The Team Lead, Maintenance, plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless, high-quality field operations. This position focuses on managing the workforce lifecycle and administrative functions, combining field oversight, administrative management, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of in-house technicians and portfolio associates.
  • Primarily administrative role with occasional site visits for quality assurance and coaching.
  • Coordinate comprehensive maintenance efforts for multi-family and single-family properties, ensuring operational efficiency across routine, preventive, and emergency work orders.
  • Act as the primary contact for emergency responses, addressing urgent situations decisively to mitigate risks and protect properties.
  • Oversee the interviewing and selection process for team members, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and values.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new hires, providing training and resources for a smooth transition into field operations.
  • Analyze daily and weekly reports to identify risks and guide the team proactively.
  • Manage termination processes in compliance with company policies.
  • Review and approve maintenance budgets and expenditures.
