Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess:A strong ambition to work within a compact team with short communication lines, the drive to motivate others, as well as technical insight and precision. Demonstrable experience as a team leader in civil engineering works is a plus, but a willingness to learn is equally important. A valid driver's license B (preferably BE). Flexibility in availability. A solid command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written — essential for communication, safety instructions, and work orders. A proactive work attitude, physical fitness, and a readiness for outdoor work.

About Strukton Nederland
As the team leader within the Breda branch of Strukton Wegen & Beton, you will be the daily operational leader on projects. You will lead the team, monitor planning and quality, think ahead, and ensure that projects are executed safely and according to agreements. Thanks to your expertise and leadership, projects will run smoothly, and clients will be satisfied. At Strukton, we recognize the value of every skilled worker, regardless of gender. Your work will involve the construction of roads (asphalt and/or paving), sewage systems, earthworks, street works, water management, site preparation, and minor civil engineering and hydraulic works.
