As a Team Leader at SERIS Security in Zeeland, you will play a pivotal role in the security operations of a 24/7 ISPS location within the maritime and industrial sectors. This site specializes in the construction, assembly, and shipping of large offshore steel structures for international projects.
In this position, you will be the vital link between the client, your team, and management. You will lead the security team, maintain communication with the client, and ensure that security operations are executed professionally and in compliance with the applicable ISPS regulations. Your leadership and oversight will guarantee a stable and high-quality service delivery.
This role also offers opportunities for advancement to the position of Regional Team Leader, where you will eventually oversee multiple locations.
What will you do?
• Lead and guide the security team at a 24/7 ISPS location in Zeeland
• Conduct meetings with team members and support their professional development
• Maintain contact with the client and conduct evaluation discussions
• Report to management on progress and service quality
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to optimizing work processes
Your team will operate in an industrial shipyard or port area, where port security personnel manage access control, surveillance, administration, and fire and closing rounds. You will ensure these processes are carried out effectively and that both your team and the client can rely on a professional security organization.
