Advens is on the lookout for a dynamic Team Manager for Audit and Penetration Testing at our West Office in Nantes. As we experience robust growth in the Pays de la Loire and Brittany regions, we need a leader to elevate our team and service offerings.
Our West team, comprising six auditors based in Nantes and Rennes, serves over 50 clients across both public and private sectors. Our ambitious goal is to double our team size and revenue over the next three years.
In this pivotal role, you will lead our audit team and significantly contribute to its development and success.
As part of our audit division, you will engage with clients in diverse environments and technologies, overseeing project management for audits and penetration testing assignments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Foster team spirit within the Audit and Penetration Testing team, guiding their skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Respond to tenders and contribute to the technical and commercial development of our services.
- Monitor the commercial activities related to audits in the West region.
- Oversee the audit missions carried out by your team members.
- Conduct various audits based on your expertise and interests: penetration testing, code audits, architectural reviews, configuration audits, and organizational assessments.
- Identify security vulnerabilities and propose actionable technical and organizational solutions to enhance client security.
- Engage in technological watch on innovative topics, continuously updating your knowledge base.
