Position Overview
As the Team Manager for Cloud Managed Services (Vault), you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to ensuring our Life Sciences clients achieve consistent and superior results while utilizing their Veeva Vault applications. This strategic role plays a crucial part in enhancing operational excellence for global pharmaceutical and biotech organizations through cutting-edge cloud technology.
You will manage a growing team of consultants tasked with supporting customer Production Vaults, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring system reliability. This role blends operational leadership, customer interaction, and service expansion across designated accounts.
This opportunity is based in Hungary, with the flexibility to work remotely or from our modern Budapest office once a month, alongside occasional on-site meetings in the EMEA region.
