Role overview
The Tech Product Analyst III for Chatbot Channels leads the development of digital products centered on chatbot interactions. This role translates business requirements into solutions that make a difference for users. Working with multidisciplinary teams, the analyst combines strategic planning with hands-on product management, connecting business goals with technical execution to support the team and help drive results.
Main responsibilities
- Define product vision and manage the product backlog as the Product Owner.
- Lead agile ceremonies, including Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective, and Refinement sessions.
- Create user stories with clear acceptance criteria and participate in story scoring.
- Implement and enhance Scrum and Kanban practices in the team.
