Role overview

This is a full-time, remote Technical Account Manager position focused on API integration. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, the role centers on helping enterprise clients implement and succeed with Talon. One’s API-first promotion engine. The Technical Account Manager guides clients through the technical integration process, making sure the platform fits smoothly into their systems.

Main responsibilities include managing onboarding design, setting and aligning client expectations, and delivering ongoing value to support client retention, growth, and satisfaction. The role also tracks API usage, troubleshoots technical issues, and manages escalations in partnership with Engineering and Customer Success teams. Exploring new technology partnerships and integration opportunities is also part of the job, helping expand the platform’s reach and value.

The team

The Technical Account Management team has more than 15 members spread across EMEA, the US, and APAC. Team members ensure clients experience smooth onboarding and integration, balancing technical requirements with evolving client needs. Collaboration with Customer Success Managers and developers is a daily part of the job, with a strong focus on problem-solving and mutual support.

What you will do

  • Lead the integration of Talon. One’s API-driven platform within client technical environments.
  • Diagnose and resolve recurring technical issues, manage escalations, and work closely with internal teams to find solutions.
