Role Overview
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a crucial role in providing proactive support and management throughout Veeam implementations and beyond. Your mission as a TAM is to help clients unlock the full potential of Veeam’s products and services, serving as a trusted advisor.
The TAM is a technical expert responsible for all planning, architecture, coordination, and management of post-sales technical engagements.
Your focus will be on architecting and managing availability solutions, which include data protection and monitoring. You will possess expertise in Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Continuity, Data Center operations, Cloud computing, Operating Systems, Networking, Storage, and Virtualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and consult on services to ensure Veeam Software solution design and deliverables are achieved.
- Provide comprehensive project guidance, including project plans, schedules, communication strategies, resource allocation, and status updates.
- Assist in the assessment and design of solutions, as well as addressing post-installation challenges.
