Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with customers and internal account teams to define short- and long-term priorities and develop corresponding engagement plans. Oversee project milestones in collaboration with Customer Success Managers and clients, contributing to deliverables, providing regular status updates, and proactively identifying and addressing issues and risks. Act as a central resource for client technical information and contribute to account strategy alongside the broader team. Enhance the growth and effectiveness of the Field Engineering team through documentation, process enhancements, and knowledge sharing. Serve as the primary technical advisor for client teams, ensuring technical alignment and success.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a highly skilled Architect, combining deep technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal abilities to support a select group of strategic clients (approximately three per TAM). You must demonstrate agility in navigating challenging customer scenarios, whether engaging a client CTO in the boardroom or collaborating with a client admin on command line tasks. Success in this role requires proficiency as both a communicator and a practitioner, effectively managing client relationships while maintaining oversight of the technical components of your accounts.
