Role Overview

The AI Project & Product Manager acts as a bridge between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation, this role ensures that AI initiatives align with both technical standards and business goals. The manager will not code but will participate in technical discussions with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Security teams to challenge assumptions and confirm that engineering decisions meet real business needs.

Main Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, clarifying objectives, scope, and priorities.
Translate business requirements into actionable product and project specifications.
Evaluate technical decisions for feasibility, scalability, and relevance to business needs.
Protect engineering teams from ad-hoc requests and scope changes to maintain delivery momentum.
Manage project processes, including planning, prioritization, resource allocation, progress tracking, and reporting.
Oversee the AI product lifecycle from Proof of Concept (PoC) through Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to full-scale production, ensuring solutions are scalable and reliable.
Facilitate communication among IT, Business, and external partners to keep projects on track.
Identify risks early and manage dependencies and trade-offs as projects progress.
Ensure that the product vision remains aligned with execution throughout the project lifecycle.
