Requirements:A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Artist in the game development industry. Proficient in Unreal Engine 5 with a strong grasp of Blueprints and Editor Utility Widgets. Basic understanding of at least one programming language (Python, C#, C++). Experience in shader programming, particularly with UE4/UE5 Materials system, HLSL, GLSL, etc. Background in producing art tools. Self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit. Intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with engineers and artists to improve and streamline the process of asset production.
  • Develop tools for efficient asset management within the engine.
  • Create new shaders and enhance existing ones for optimal visual fidelity.
  • Optimize assets, shaders, and pipelines to meet specific hardware requirements.
  • Identify and resolve bugs while troubleshooting technical challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
  • Document processes for tools and pipelines to aid team understanding.
