Education:You hold a degree in engineering or a related discipline. Experience and Expertise:You have substantial experience as a quality engineer in a manufacturing environment, with a solid grasp of quality management principles, including metrology, complaint management, and capability studies. Ideally, you've led teams or managed projects, and possess deep knowledge of relevant external and internal standards (e.g., ISO, Bosch CDs). Experience with production planning and IT systems like SAP R3, S4/HANA, or Nexceed is advantageous. Personality:You present yourself with confidence and openness. Your collaborative spirit shines in team settings, and you exhibit leadership qualities when necessary. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively across various hierarchical levels.
