About the Role:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating the requirements gathering process for Data Management projects. Your responsibilities will include drafting Business Requirements for Agile initiatives and assisting in the creation of Technical Design and Data Lineage Documentation. You will be instrumental in tracking project progress and related tasks, including following up on action items from meetings, assessing the status of JIRA tasks, and coordinating planned releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of client needs, existing systems, and workflows to identify gaps, risks, and enhancement opportunities.
- Convert business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication to the development team.
- Develop presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Document business processes, including associated risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Define user stories alongside acceptance criteria.
- Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation, outlining scenarios, exceptions, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Data Management architects and analysts to support the design of solutions that align with business requirements.
- Participate in solution testing and production implementation in a consultative capacity.
- Manage the Use Case Backlog and oversee ongoing items.
- Assist in compiling status reports and dashboards to track Line progress.
- Coordinate with the Data Management Line Lead and project managers on timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations, escalating issues as necessary for swift resolution.
- Contribute valuable insights during design discussions, enhancing solution outcomes.
