As a Technical Business Engineer at Intersnack, you will have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen at one of our locations in Doetinchem or Hardinxveld-Giessendam. You will be responsible for the continuous enhancement of work processes by analyzing data, identifying trends, and investigating any lagging results or losses. You will take the lead in ensuring that production processes within your department run smoothly, effectively, and without interruptions. Why You Are a Great Fit
You are a communicative process improver who strives for optimal results and knows how to engage others in a persuasive and pleasant manner. You are comfortable in a production environment and can easily switch between various levels, from operations to management. Additionally, you have:
A (nearly) completed degree at the HBO level in Technical Business Administration;
Proficient command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
