Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored eCOA solutions.
- Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients during the implementation process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features based on user feedback.
- Documentation of processes and user guides for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical consulting or support role, preferably in the healthcare or clinical research domain.
- Strong understanding of electronic data capture systems and clinical trial processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
