About the job

Join Datadog’s innovative Technical Content team, where a group of tech-savvy writers and editors craft precise and engaging content tailored for a highly technical audience, including software developers, ops engineers, and other end users. Our mission is to produce thoroughly researched and refined technical content that fosters customer trust in Datadog—not just as a product, but as an organization. Our main blog, The Monitor, dives deep into Datadog’s offerings and provides invaluable insights to the tech community on observability, best practices, and emerging industry trends.

While our Documentation team focuses on the essential 'how-to' of our products, we are seeking a writer eager to delve into the 'why' behind contemporary tech trends.

This position is a perfect match for those who thrive at the crossroads of engineering and storytelling. You will engage directly with technology (coding included) to create editorial content specifically designed for software developers, ops engineers, and other practitioners.

At Datadog, we value our office culture, fostering relationships and collaboration that enhance creativity. We embrace a hybrid workplace, allowing our Datadogs to achieve a work-life balance that suits them best.
